What we’re looking for:
• Valid state certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with elementary-aged students
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with team members, parents, and support staff
• Creative problem-solving and organizational skills

What you’ll do:
• Lead instruction for an elementary caseload, adapting materials and methods to meet students’ unique needs
• Track and evaluate student progress, maintaining clear and timely documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver the best outcomes for each child
• Engage with families to ensure open communication and support for student success
• Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
• Participate in meetings related to IEP development, implementation, and reviews
