Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential or eligibility in the state of Wyoming
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong classroom and behavioral management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt lesson plans to suit students’ individualized education goals
• Provide direct instruction in both individual and group settings
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student growth
• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and classroom management techniques
• Maintain accurate and compliant records, including IEP documentation
