Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction based on students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Adapt curriculum materials and instructional techniques to address a range of learning needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance requirements
• Foster a safe, empathetic, and engaging classroom environment
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Support transitions and behavioral management with research-based strategies
