Special Education Teacher Needed in Oregon

Soliant is seeking a full-time, onsite Special Education Teacher to support middle school students in a resource setting. This role focuses on providing targeted instruction and academic support to students with diverse learning needs while ensuring alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resource-level special education instruction to middle school students

• Implement and manage IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications

• Support students in developing academic, organizational, and self-advocacy skills

• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote inclusion

• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation

• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration

Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon Special Education teaching license required

• Experience working at the middle school level preferred

• Knowledge of resource service delivery models and IEP compliance

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
