Qualifications:
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Experience designing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt lessons for various learning styles and abilities

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging instruction aligned with each student’s IEP
- Conduct assessments to track student progress and adjust instructional techniques
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
- Provide small group or one-on-one interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student goals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure state and federal compliance
- Support students in building academic, social, and life skills for greater independence
