Key Qualifications:

• State Special Education Teaching Credential required
• Proven experience or strong interest in supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Knowledge of developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills for partnering with general education teachers, specialists, and families
• Commitment to open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within small group and inclusion settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and support in language arts, math, and behavior management
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student's unique learning profile
