Position Details:

• Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week
• Contract runs from ASAP through May 20, 2026
• Onsite role with support from a collaborative team
• Caseload targets approximately 20 students with active IEPs
• Two positions available

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification/license required
• Previous experience working with students who have a range of learning needs
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Ability to develop and implement accommodations and modifications tailored to individual student needs
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and regularly review IEPs for students
• Modify curriculum and assessments to support diverse learning needs
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Track student progress and adapt instruction based on data
• Foster an atmosphere of respect, encouragement, and growth
• Maintain all necessary documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
