Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state certification and licensure in Special Education (Early Childhood emphasis)
• Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher serving early childhood age groups
• Strong understanding of both pull out and push in service delivery models
• Collaborative spirit and ability to build rapport with young children, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage shared caseload of early childhood students, delivering specialized instruction and support
• Implement both pull out and push in services, working within classroom settings and one-on-one as appropriate
• Adapt lessons and strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and IEP goals
• Monitor student progress, track data, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with co-teacher, general education staff, and related service providers
