Working full-time at 37.5 hours per week, you'll share a manageable caseload with a fellow dedicated educator. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues, families, and service providers to ensure every child’s success.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
  • Early Childhood Education license
  • Experience providing both push-in and pull-out services in a school setting
  • Ability to create individualized education plans and adapt instruction
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for nurturing and guiding young learners
  • Positive and flexible attitude

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing specialized instruction meeting the unique needs of each child
  • Managing a caseload of early childhood students, usually shared with another teacher
  • Effectively balancing pull-out and push-in service models
  • Collaborating with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
  • Monitoring student progress and making data-driven instructional decisions
  • Maintaining accurate records and complying with documentation requirements
