Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification and state licensure to teach Early Childhood populations
• Experience or training in Early Childhood Special Education practices
• Knowledge of individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, families, and specialists
• A commitment to inclusive education and adaptive learning strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect services for Early Childhood students, both through small-group pull-outs and classroom push-ins
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
• Work closely with a co-teacher to manage shared caseloads efficiently
