Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with varying needs in a resource classroom environment.
• Develop and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, paraprofessionals, and support personnel to foster an inclusive school environment.
• Adapt lesson plans and instructional strategies to meet student goals and support academic achievement.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on student progress, accommodations, and modifications.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and collaborate on strategies for success.
