Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching licensure required, with endorsement for EBD or the ability to obtain
• Experience supporting middle school students with Emotional Behavior Disorders preferred
• Strong knowledge of academic and behavioral intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, parents, and external agencies
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Passion for creating safe, structured, and encouraging classroom environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to middle school students with EBD within the special education setting
• Develop and adapt lesson plans and instructional materials to meet students’ individual needs
