Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Deliver engaging, tailored instruction in both individual and group settings
  • Monitor and assess student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, families, and related service providers
  • Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all students
