Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility to obtain in Washington)
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field

• Strong knowledge of IEP process and best practices in differentiated instruction
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Adapt lesson plans and curriculum to meet students’ unique needs
