Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state teaching license with Special Education certification
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students (grades K–5)
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for differentiated instruction and meeting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and adapt curriculum for students with unique learning requirements
• Develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and support staff
• Work closely with general education teachers to modify instruction and classroom activities
• Track student progress, collect data, and report on educational outcomes
• Foster a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and special events as required
