Responsibilities:

  • Manage a self-contained K–3 classroom (currently 4–5 students, with the potential to increase up to 7–8).
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families to deliver high-quality instruction.
  • Develop and carry out Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Implement effective classroom management methods and foster a positive, supportive environment.
  • Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all students.
