Key Qualifications:

• Current or pending South Carolina certification in Special Education
• Resource or inclusion experience strongly preferred
• Strong instructional and collaboration skills
• Ability to tailor academic and behavioral support for high school learners
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Solid record-keeping and progress monitoring abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide resource instruction in reading, math, and other academic areas
• Support students within general education classrooms through co-teaching and consultation
• Design and deliver instruction based on individual IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and track student progress

• Participate actively in IEP meetings and ensure compliance documentation is up-to-date
