Special Education Teacher - Chesnee, SC

Key Qualifications:

• Current SC certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Knowledge of SPED instructional strategies and IEP implementation
• Experience working in a resource classroom preferred
• Ability to collaborate with general education staff and support student inclusion
• Effective communication and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and interventions to students in a resource classroom setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per district and state requirements
• Work alongside families, therapists, and fellow teachers to support student growth
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
