Desired Qualifications:
- South Carolina Special Education Teacher certification (required)
- Experience working with high school students in a special education setting
- Familiarity with Ed Plan software is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and academic support in a resource classroom
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student
- Collaborate with families, support staff, and general education teachers to ensure student success
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate records
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and ongoing collaboration initiatives
