Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience or strong interest in working with students with multiple disabilities, particularly within self-contained settings.
• Comfortable using alternative or augmentative communication methods for nonverbal students.
• Excellent collaboration skills with paraprofessionals, therapists, and parents.
• Strong classroom management abilities and capacity to develop effective IEPs.
