  • Ability to adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Organizational skills and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
  • Provide direct instruction in small group and one-on-one settings
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and parents for student success
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
