Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teacher certification
  • Experience teaching students in kindergarten through second grade
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and related compliance documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with various learning needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in alignment with district and state guidelines

  • Track and communicate student progress to families and educational teams
  • Adapt teaching strategies and materials to foster success for every student
