Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education (required)
• Proven experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong understanding of a range of learning disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instruction based on student needs and data
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver tailored instructional plans for students with varying disabilities
• Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress toward established educational goals
• Employ a variety of instructional techniques and assistive technologies to support differentiated learning
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and areas for growth
