Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsements in special education

• Minimum of three years’ experience in special education settings
• Demonstrated ability to support, coach, and mentor educational staff
• Strong knowledge of state and federal special education regulations
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as an instructional leader and compliance facilitator for special education programming
