What You’ll Bring:
- Current teaching certification and licensure in Special Education (K-12)
- Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students with disabilities
- Ability to individualize instruction and implement IEPs

- Familiarity with classroom management and behavioral intervention strategies

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet each student’s unique learning goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to implement IEPs and 504 plans
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary educational teams
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Stay up to date with best practices in special education and professional development
