Special Education Teacher

Special Education Teacher – Cibolo, TX

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is hiring a Special Education Teacher in Cibolo for a full-time role to serve students who require specialized instruction and support. The educator will co-teach, provide differentiated lessons, and work with IEP teams to maximize student achievement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide differentiated instruction in both inclusion and specialized settings

• Collaborate with general education staff to adapt curriculum and assessments

• Write and update IEPs, monitor progress, and manage documentation

• Build strong relationships with families and other school personnel

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas SPED Certification

• Experience working in SPED environments, especially with elementary or secondary students

• Excellent collaboration, data-tracking, and instructional planning skills

Compensation & Benefits:
? $38–$45/hour
