• Comfortable working onsite, providing direct support to students and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective special education instruction to both a self-contained high school classroom and two self-contained elementary classrooms
• Create, implement, and adapt lesson plans based on students’ unique needs
• Collaborate closely with general education staff, support professionals, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential
