Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois LBS1 certification for grades 9-12
- Experience working with high school students in a special education setting

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for high school students
- Utilize research-based instructional strategies to address a wide range of learning needs
- Foster an inclusive classroom where each student feels empowered and respected
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Communicate regularly with families and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt materials and modify lessons to support diverse learners
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and related activities
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
