Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification in special education (early childhood emphasis preferred)
- Experience working with early childhood students with diverse abilities
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
