Collaborate with a dedicated team, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with families and specialists. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Special Education approval and appropriate endorsements
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher, especially in early childhood or elementary settings, strongly preferred
• In-depth understanding of early intervention strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with colleagues and families
• Commitment to promoting inclusion, positive behavior supports, and differentiated instruction

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized lessons and activities that align with student abilities and IEP goals
• Track student progress, maintaining documentation and preparing regular reports
