This full-time opportunity calls for a Special Education Teacher ready to support kindergarten and first-grade students within a self-contained instructional setting—not a multi-needs classroom.

With a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:40 a.m. to 2:40 p.m., you’ll enjoy stability throughout the academic year, starting as soon as possible and continuing through October 31, 2026. The role offers some flexibility, as alternative daily schedules can be considered to fit your needs. Please note this is an on-site role; remote or hybrid options are not available.

What you’ll bring:

  • Valid credential in Special Education Teaching
  • Experience with early childhood or elementary special education preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver individualized instruction

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing instruction and support for a caseload of three kindergarten and two first-grade students
  • Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to each learner’s needs
  • Collaborating with a comprehensive support team, including special education partners and paraeducators
  • Utilizing a wealth of instructional materials and resources to enrich your teaching
  • Monitoring and tracking student progress, communicating consistently with families and the team
