Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) for Ohio
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
• Solid understanding of IEP documentation, implementation, and compliance
• Experience adapting curricula and instructional methods to meet a variety of learning needs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, families, and administrators
• Positive, team-centered attitude and commitment to helping students reach their full potential
