We’re seeking two onsite educators holding active Minnesota dual certifications in both Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary Special Education. You’ll be working full-time (37.5 hours per week), starting September 2, 2026 through early June 2027.
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota teaching license with Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary Special Education endorsements (EC SpEd and ES SpEd)
- Experience working with diverse learners across age groups, especially early childhood through elementary
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Commitment to individualized instruction, inclusion, and advocating for students’ unique needs
- Ability to design and implement effective IEPs and adapt curriculum appropriately
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, individualized instruction and support to students identified in both early childhood and elementary special education programs
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate personalized education plans tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
- Collaborate with families, general education colleagues, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Adapt teaching strategies and materials to foster learners’ academic, social, and emotional growth
