Special Education Teacher | Circle Pines, Minnesota

Two dynamic positions are available for certified Special Education Teachers with dual credentials in Early Childhood Special Education (EC SpEd) and Elementary Special Education (ES SpEd) for the 2026–2027 school year. These roles will work entirely onsite, delivering specialized instruction to young learners.

Role Details:

• Commitment: 37.5 hours per week, scheduled within standard school days
• Dates: Beginning September 2, 2026 and concluding June 4, 2027
• Structure: Each position splits time equally between early childhood and K–5 resource students at an elementary campus

Key Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota teaching license with dual certification in EC SpEd and ES SpEd (required)
• Experience working with early childhood and elementary populations
• Strong organizational skills to manage diverse caseloads across grade levels
• Adaptability and creativity in delivering individualized instruction
• Positive team player eager to collaborate with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement tailored instructional strategies for students with varied abilities in early childhood and K–5
• Develop and monitor IEPs, ensuring compliance and meaningful progress
• Collaborate with general educators, paraprofessionals, and therapists
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where all students thrive
