Special Ed Teacher - Claremont, New Hampshire

Three experienced Special Education professionals are needed to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team. The position is conveniently located near Claremont, NH, and focuses on ESY (Extended School Year) programming. The exact caseload details are being finalized to ensure tailored support for both teachers and students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensure and credentials appropriate for Special Education in school settings
• Demonstrated history of effective teaching in special education roles within schools
• Ability to adapt instructional techniques to meet diverse student needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience working with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to fostering academic and personal growth in all students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction to students with a range of learning abilities and needs
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with ESY goals and student IEPs
• Collaborate with fellow SPED teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Track student progress and document outcomes according to district requirements
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
