What we’re seeking:
- Valid state certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Previous experience working with elementary students in a special education setting
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong classroom management and communication skills

Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing differentiated instruction based on IEP goals and student needs
- Collaborating with general education teachers, aides, and support staff
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Communicating regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements
- Creating a positive, structured classroom atmosphere
- Adapting lessons and activities to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Participating in relevant meetings and professional development as needed
