Qualifications and Experience:

  • Dual certification required in both Early Childhood Education and Special Education
  • Previous experience with early childhood populations preferred
  • Strong ability to differentiate instruction and implement IEPs
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction to pre-kindergarten students with diverse needs
  • Develop and execute individualized educational plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with support staff and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and attend relevant meetings
  • Cultivate a supportive, nurturing environment that promotes student independence
