Special Education Teacher - Cleveland, Ohio

Key Qualifications:

• Ohio teaching certification is preferred, though experienced special education teachers not yet fully licensed may also be considered
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
• Demonstrated ability to work with students of varying needs in a classroom or school-based setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with fellow educators, school staff, and families to support student success
• Track and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
• Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth and engagement
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines related to special education services

Schedule Overview:

• Breakfast coverage: 7:30–7:55 a.m.
• School day: 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
