Special Education Teacher | Cleveland, Ohio

Make a positive impact by supporting students as a Special Education Teacher in an engaging K-1 Autism classroom. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team, helping young learners in an AU (Autism Unit) or MD (Multiple Disabilities) setting. With a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, you'll have both structure and predictability in your workweek while providing essential services to students near Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher credential required
• Experience working with students with autism or multiple disabilities highly preferred
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and instructional differentiation
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to create a supportive, positive classroom environment
• Commitment to fostering academic and social-emotional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
