Role Details:

  • Full-time, travel position assigned to a K-8 school for the academic year
  • Up to three Compliance Managers needed; each supporting one location
  • Focused primarily on special education compliance and case management—not direct classroom instruction
  • Lead and attend meetings, support IEP compliance, and collaborate closely with teachers and special education staff
  • Hybrid option available: work three days remotely and two days on site each week

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid license or credential as a Special Education Teacher
  • Experience with special education case management and compliance preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff and school leadership
  • Flexibility for hybrid work environment (if desired)
