Special Education Teacher - Clinton, Massachusetts

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
• Demonstrated experience working with students who have a range of disabilities
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Knowledgeable in developing and implementing IEPs and adjusting instruction to meet individual needs
• Ability to work effectively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and administration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective, differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Develop and maintain IEPs, tracking progress and reporting on student goals
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom climate, adapting resources as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and school staff about student progress
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions
