What you bring:

  • Valid Massachusetts licensure in Moderate or Severe Disabilities
  • Experience supporting students with emotional challenges and intensive needs
  • Comfort and skill in working with challenging behaviors
  • Familiarity with ABA or therapeutic classroom settings (preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Core responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized academic instruction tailored to individual student needs
  • Develop, write, and implement IEPs, while overseeing case management and conducting assessments
  • Monitor student progress and adjust supports as needed
  • Lead and supervise RBTs and paraprofessionals within the classroom
  • Roll out academic and behavioral programming in partnership with ABA methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs, related service providers, families, and staff to ensure holistic student support
