Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid VT Special Educator License or eligibility to transfer licensure to Vermont
• Proven experience working with high school students in a special education setting
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Skilled in differentiating instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and creating an inclusive educational experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support student success

• Employ a variety of instructional strategies and classroom management techniques
