Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing and executing individualized lesson plans tailored for students with varying abilities

• Implementing evidence-based interventions and modifying curriculum as needed
• Fostering inclusive classroom environments where every student feels valued and supported
• Participating in ongoing professional development sessions and faculty meetings
• Maintaining accurate records and remaining compliant with state and federal requirements
