Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address unique student goals
• Deliver tailored instruction in individual, small group, or classroom settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
• Collect and monitor data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and positive classroom climate
• Stay current with best practices in special education and compliance requirements
• Pay Rate: $40-45
