Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (required)
- Experience with students with moderate to severe disabilities preferred
- Skill in working with diverse communication needs, including AAC device users
- Strong collaboration and adaptability skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction in an intensive resource room setting
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals and itinerant service providers (OT, SLP, SSW)
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique needs
- Support students’ academic, social, and self-care development
