Key responsibilities include:

• Plan and implement individualized instruction for students in self-contained settings – 5 positions at the elementary level, 2 at middle school
• Develop, review, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet evolving needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student performance and compliance requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training as needed
