Qualifications & Experience:

- K-6 Certification required for inclusion positions
- 6-12 Certification accepted for both self-contained and inclusion roles
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support to students in special education settings (onsite at schools such as Montevallo Elementary, Calera Intermediate, Vincent Middle/High)
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general educators, families, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
