What We’re Looking For:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience planning and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong knowledge of best practices in differentiated instruction and behavioral management
• Ability to work effectively with students with diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and support teams
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute individualized lesson plans tailored to meet each student's unique needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure consistent, inclusive classroom environments
