Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (Ohio or eligible for reciprocity)
• Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student abilities and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted instruction and interventions across multiple grade levels
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff
• Track student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Effectively manage a variety of caseloads; indicate your grade level and caseload preferences when applying
