Compensation: $36–$45 per hour

Core Responsibilities

Implement specially designed instruction
Develop and monitor IEP goals
Track student progress
Maintain required documentation
Collaborate with educational teams and families
Support classroom structure, routines, and student engagement

Requirements

Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License
Strong understanding of IEP compliance and instructional accommodations
Previous experience in MD, AU, self-contained, or resource settings preferred

Pay is based on experience, licensure, and assignment fit, with an expected range of $36–$45 per hour.
