Requirements:
- Active OH Intervention Specialist certification
- Experience or strong interest in working with high-needs students

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct instruction to students in a high-needs setting, either at the high school or K-5 level
- Collect data and adjust teaching strategies based on student progress
- Work closely with general education teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Foster an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment
