Qualifications and Experience
- Valid State Special Education Teaching License
- Past experience leading a High School Life Skills program or comparable self-contained classroom
- Demonstrated skill in developing and overseeing IEPs, functional goal-setting, and individualized programming
- Proven track record in high school transition planning, daily living instruction, and personalized academic support
- Strong team leadership abilities, including supervising paraprofessional staff
